Fish Pserimos S.A. is a mariculture company estspecialized in open sea farming of Sea Bass and Sea Bream. We acquired Fanourakis Sokraris Ltd. in May 2011. Since that time we modernize the aquaculture and processing operations.
Currently we continues to invest in state of the art facilities across all areas of the business.
We use a modern processing plant that complies with all the technical and sanitary specifications to the highest standards of quality.
We produce fresh and healthy Mediterranean fish from the pristine waters of Pserimos Island, located the in Dodecanese area of the Aegean Sea. Our production cover the life cycle of the fish from alvin to premium fish reared in the sea farm.
Fresh fish from our company is available during the harvest season from September till July.
The company grows its fishes in an environment that guarantees optimum quality. Its sophisticated monitoring and control system ensures that all our fish live in the healthiest, safest and most comfortable environment possible.

Producing fresh, healthy sea bass and sea bream is what we do best and we always strive to positively interact with our surrounding environment.
Since it's inception Fish Pserimos has operates an Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program. In the Fish Pserimos HACCP program, all points of risk in the various stages of the production cycle, such as on-growing, packaging, and storage have been determined and are controlled through a series of sampling and testing procedures. The results of these samples and tests are all registered and maintained on file. In accordance with an internal inspection program audits are carried out on a regular basis in order to ensure that the testing procedures are strictly adhered to.
In addition, Fish Pserimos is implementing Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
The Food Safety Management System implemented by Fish Pserimos is inspected on a regular basis by the veterinary authorities.
The location is excellent regarding logistics and there is an easy access to shipping the production with ships from Kos and Kefalos.
